FA20 1000HP Forged Engine – Boosted Engineering

Overview

The BE1000 is Boosted Engineering’s flagship FA20 engine package, developed for customers demanding a high performance, high RPM capable engine for the 86/BRZ/WRX platforms.

Built around a brand new OEM short block and extensively upgraded throughout, this engine is designed to support sustained high boost and high load applications while maintaining the drivability and consistency expected from a properly engineered package.

Designed to maintain consistent oil pressure under sustained high load and high RPM operation.

Performance Capability

The BE1000 is designed to support:

• ~1000hp capable setups (with appropriate supporting modifications)

• High RPM operation up to ~8500–9000rpm (application dependent)

Final performance will depend on turbo system, fuel system, tuning and overall vehicle setup.

Production & Lead Time

Each BE1000 engine is built to order.

Typical production time is up to 4 months from confirmation of order, depending on current build schedule, parts availability and specification. Additional time should be allowed for packaging and shipping.

Customers will be kept informed throughout the build process. Lead times may vary and are subject to change.

Usage & Important Information

• This engine is designed as a high performance, race-oriented package and is not intended for high kilometre daily driving or extended low-load cruising.

• Due to the nature of high output engines, service intervals and rebuild requirements will be significantly shorter than a standard or mildly modified street engine.

• This product is best suited for track use, motorsport applications, or controlled environments. Any road use is at the customer’s discretion and responsibility.

• Professional installation, calibration and setup are required. Incorrect installation or tuning may result in engine damage.

• Operation of a vehicle at this performance level requires a high level of mechanical understanding and driver competency. Boosted Engineering accepts no responsibility for damage resulting from misuse, improper operation, or use beyond the intended application.
