SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Boosted Engineering. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Processing Your Order

An email confirmation will be sent to your nominated email address after placing your order. Please retain this email as proof of purchase.


2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time required for us to prepare your order for shipment.

After your payment has been authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2–5 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.


3. Shipment Locations

3.1 Domestic and International

4. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed, an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery timeframes. Unless exceptional circumstances arise, we will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your order within the estimated timeframe.

(a) Express Shipping

Orders will arrive within 2–10 business days.
Express shipping costs are determined by product and delivery location.

(b) Standard Shipping

Orders will arrive within 5–20 business days.
Standard shipping costs are determined by product and delivery location.

(c) Please Note:

(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
(ii) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
(iii) Delivery dates may vary depending on carrier practices, delivery location, shipping method and the items ordered.
(iv) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
(v) When placing your order, we consider the following factors when calculating estimated delivery dates:

(A) Weight Factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the selected delivery method. To determine shipping costs, add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

(vi) Due to customs clearance procedures, customs fees and import regulations in the destination country, packages to and from our facility in Australia may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.

(vii) We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

(viii) In-store pickup dates may vary based on product availability.


5. Tracking Options

Boosted Engineering aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process.

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

5.1 Domestic and International

All orders delivered within Australia include tracking.

International orders are sent via DHL and include tracking. Your tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

If alternative shipping arrangements are requested, tracking may not be available and Boosted Engineering will not be responsible for delivery issues associated with third-party arrangements.


6. International Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Delays may occur if your package is selected for inspection by the destination country’s Customs Department.

Boosted Engineering is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges applied to your order. We have no control over these charges and do not benefit from them in any way.

All duties, taxes, customs requirements, levies, fees, and any other expenses associated with importing products into your country are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Damages

If there is any damage to the packaging or product upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at:

8. Missing or Lost Packages

There are several reasons why a package may be delayed or marked as a delivery exception. In many cases, packages may be left in a safe location at the delivery address or with a neighbour.

We kindly request that customers check common courier drop-off locations before contacting us.
