The Boosted Engineering 650HP Motor is a fully built FA20 designed to take your 86/BRZ/FR-S to the next level. The block has been bored, honed, and decked, and fitted with race-grade bearings, oversized forged pistons (10.5:1 or 12.5:1), and forged I-beam rods rated for 300hp per cylinder—offering superior strength and stability over traditional H-beam designs, especially under high power loads.

Sealing is handled by ARP head studs and Cometic MLS head gaskets, built to hold under extreme boost. The valvetrain is reinforced with Kelford valve springs rated to 50psi at 9,750 RPM, ready for serious boost and revs.

Oiling is upgraded with a Killer B performance oil pickup, eliminating starvation issues, and the build is completed with a brand new OEM gasket kit and sealant for OEM fit and finish.
