Starting with a brand new OEM Subaru short block, the BE FA20 Forged Short Block features a premium forged rotating assembly and is designed to handle everything from responsive street cars to high boost turbo setups.

Available in 10.5:1 compression for high boost and 98RON applications or 12.5:1 compression for maximum response and efficiency.

This product is supplied as a short block assembly only. Cylinder heads, front cover and external engine components are not included unless otherwise specified.

Designed specifically for Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ FA20 applications.

Professional installation and engine calibration are strongly recommended.

The Street Kit is designed for daily-drivable turbo builds with reliable, responsive power delivery. The Race Kit is oriented toward circuit and drag use where higher output and modular servicing are priorities.

The kit is designed for bolt-on installation in a suitably-equipped workshop. Installation is available at our Carrara QLD workshop, or through our trusted partner network in most metropolitan areas.

Approximate installation time — 20 to 30 hours depending on configuration and supporting work.
