Beehive Valve Spring and Titanium Retainer kit for Nissan TB48DE engines. Designed for high boost and high RPM racing engines. Made from ultra clean Silicon Chrome spring steel with a higher fatigue resistance compared to other spring steels. Heat treating and post processing is the highest quality available. High frequency spring design to reduce spring surge at high operating RPM.

100lb seat pressure at 36.8mm installed height. 250lbs at 13.8mm valve lift. Coil bind at 22.0mm. 14.0mm max lift.

Kit includes:

  • 24 Beehive valve springs
  • 24 Titanium retainers
  • 24 4140 Steel spring seats

Note: to achieve 14mm valve lift, please check retainer to seal clearance, and sink the guide and spring register into the cylinder head accordingly. This will need +0.5mm of extra clearance, but please check as there may be some variation between cylinder heads. Spring seat locates on OEM spring pocket inner diameter.

Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return a part for store credit or to swap it for another item. Parts must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, and the return must be approved by us first. Installed or used parts cannot be returned for change of mind. Your store credit balance is shown when you log in to your account, and you can use it at checkout. Faulty or damaged items are covered by our warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
