BMW B58 Gen 2 Charge Air Cooler Manifold (G Series) & Supra MkV – Boosted Engineering

Replace the factory plastic intake manifold and intercooler with the Boosted Engineering B58 Gen 2 Charge Air Cooler Manifold – a semi-cast aluminium plenum with an oversized water-to-air intercooler core and built-in port injection.

The factory Gen 2 B58 intercooler sits inside a plastic intake manifold that becomes a weak point at higher boost. This manifold replaces it with aluminium and a larger core for lower intake temperatures and more consistent power on high-power builds.

Tuning Information

Tuning is recommended. A suitable tune is required if the port injection system is used.
