This pre-launch kit includes the core components required to mount a ZF 8HP from the N13 engine vehicles to the FA20 / FA24 platform.

Developed in-house by Boosted Engineering, this system has been designed around strength, reliability, and repeatable fitment for high-performance applications.

This is the same system currently being used on our in-house development vehicle.

Included in this kit:

  • CNC-machined adapter plate
  • Custom flex plate
  • Starter motor solution
  • All required mounting hardware

This is the first stage of our complete 8HP conversion package. Additional components including transmission control, crossmember, and driveshaft solutions will be released separately.

Pre-launch note:
This product is part of our early release program. Customers will receive priority access to future components and full conversion packages as they become available.

Shipping timeline:
Pre-orders are now open. Kits are currently in production and will begin shipping in approximately 8 weeks!

Most parts are dispatched within 5–14 business days. We'll email you a confirmed dispatch date within 24 hours of ordering. Australia: flat rate shipping, shown at checkout before you pay. General and BMW parts from $22.99, cat-back exhausts $99, turbo kits $210, transmissions from $334 and engines from $366. New Zealand: small parts $49, mid-size parts $99, cat-back exhausts $179 and engine short blocks $399. International (DHL, tracked): general parts $150, BMW parts $149.99 to North America and $249.99 elsewhere, turbochargers $275 to the US, Canada and China and $470 elsewhere. Turbo kits, engines and transmissions going overseas are quoted after you order. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer. Want an exact price first? Use the quote request below.

Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return a part for store credit or to swap it for another item. Parts must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, and the return must be approved by us first. Installed or used parts cannot be returned for change of mind. Your store credit balance is shown when you log in to your account, and you can use it at checkout. Faulty or damaged items are covered by our warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

12 month warranty on Boosted Engineering products. If something is wrong with your part, contact us and we will look after you.
