Refund Policy

At Boosted Engineering, we are committed to supplying quality products and providing clear communication throughout the ordering process. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order as per Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases on products that have already been ordered, specially sourced, custom-made, or imported specifically for a customer.

Once an order has been placed with our supplier on your behalf, the sale is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

For stocked items, change-of-mind cancellations may only be considered before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If a stocked item has not yet shipped and is subject to an unreasonable or extended delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, we may, at our discretion, approve a cancellation. Approved cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee where applicable.

Special Order Items

Products that are not normally held in stock and are sourced specifically to fulfil a customer's order are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue promptly.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, dispatched, or shipped. This includes all special-order, supplier-direct, custom-made, and imported products ordered specifically on behalf of the customer.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
