TurbosmartのStraightGate40は、狭いエンジンルーム内への取り付けに適した、最小サイズのバタフライ型外部ウエストゲートです。StraightGate40はオフセットゼロのバタフライ型ウエストゲートで、膨大な流量とほぼ線形な制御を実現し、全作動範囲にわたって比類のないブースト制御を提供します。TurbosmartのeSG40 Electronic StraightGateは特許出願中であり、数々の受賞歴を誇る世界初の電子制御バタフライ型外部ウエストゲート「eSG50」の成功に基づいています。リファレンスホース、スプリング、ダイヤフラムを使用しないため、サーボモーターとTurbosmart独自のバックドライブゼロギアボックスによる完全電子制御を実現し、低電流化と高い駆動圧に対する動作安定性を実現しています。Electronic StraightGate40には、アクチュエーター温度およびアナログ・デジタル両方のバルブ位置をカバーするオンボードセンサーが搭載されています。電子制御により、ゼロブースト（マニホールド優先が可能な場合）から最大ブーストまで、可能な限り広いチューニングウィンドウを実現します。Turbosmart StraightGate40は、これまでのウエストゲートでは見られなかった新しいレベルの制御と流量を実現するため、ゼロから設計され、社内で検証されています。オフセットゼロのバタフライバルブには、中央で回転するバルブの両側に排気駆動圧が均等にかかるため、あらゆる駆動圧に対して自己バランスをとるバルブ構造となっています。この自己バランス機能により、非常に高い駆動圧に対しても駆動に必要な負荷が軽減され、バルブの駆動方法に関わらず、より広いチューニングウィンドウが可能になります。排気ガスを90度曲げる必要がある従来のポペット型バルブと比較して、直通バルブの効率性により、流量が向上しています。StraightGate40、StraightGate50で利用可能

Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return a part for store credit or to swap it for another item. Parts must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, and the return must be approved by us first. Installed or used parts cannot be returned for change of mind. Your store credit balance is shown when you log in to your account, and you can use it at checkout. Faulty or damaged items are covered by our warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
